Hello. My name is Billy Karr. I am currently in my 1st year here at Central High. This is my 23rd year in education. I graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2004. I am also the JH/HS Softball Coach as well as the JH/HS Girls and Boys Basketball Coach. I am very excited to be here and ready to get things going.
