Frances Koop Parsons/AT&T Pioneers Memorial Scholarship due by March 31.
The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education assists in the administration of the Frances Koop Parsons/AT&T Pioneers Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship program was established through the AT&T Pioneers to assist Oklahoma students in obtaining their educational goals.
The recipients of this scholarship will receive a $1,000 cash award to be used at an eligible Oklahoma career technology center, two-year college, or four-year university. This scholarship is open to first-time freshmen with at least a 3.0 high school GPA and whose family income does not exceed $75,000.
The 2026-27 application is available online and must be submitted on or before March 31, 2026 at the following link: Frances Koop Scholarship. Applications without high school transcripts or income documentation will NOT be considered.

Hilliary Scholarship Program is offered to students graduating High School during the 2025-2026 school year from a high school in the Hilliary service area. Students must attend a post-secondary institution (college, university, technical or trade school, etc.) If selected for a scholarship, you will be awarded a one time $500. Oklahoma Rural Rehabilitation Corporation Scholarship
Paper copies are available in Mrs. McCarley’s office. Due to Mrs. McCarley by April 8, she will mail to sponser office and they will mail in by the April 15 deadline.
Goodwill Industries of Southwest Oklahoma and North Texas is awarding a select group of high school seniors $1,000.00 scholarships this Spring 2026, to be used towards Fall Semester 2026. I have printed applications in my office; it will soon also be online at Goodwill Scholarship. If you decide to fill out the paper application, please note the mailing address to return applications to:

Stephens County Honor Guard Scholarship due April 27
Stephens County Honor Guard is awarding a $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior. This scholarship will be used for college, tech school, or trade school after graduation. Applicant must be a child or grandchild of a parent, grandparent, or legal guardian (with court documentaion) of an honorably discharged veteran (provide a copy of DD-214). See Mrs. McCarley for application. Application and required documents are to be mailed to:

Tanner Shorter Memorial Scholarship
The Tanner Shorter Memorial Scholarship is presented to a senior FFA Member. Stephens County FFA Members are eligible to apply (there MAY be multiple winners selected but a winner from each school is NOT guaranteed). The number of scholarships presented will be determined by the Shorter family.
Application should include:
1. Transcript
2. Resume
3. Brief essay stating how being an FFA member has influenced them and the morals and values they have developed in the program.
