Central High School will have a bus parked in the north parking lot of the old gym
beginning for community patrons to bring supplies for the
2016-2017 school year.
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

On the evening of August 4, 2016, we had an Indian Taco dinner for the community in order to raise money to help with operational expenses for the upcoming School year.  As always, and once again, this community showed their love, desire, and support for our school.  We took in $3,021.05 last night, and our school is so appreciative of every penny that was donated.

A special “thank you” to Sherry Newton for all of her time in planning and organizing this event, as well as the long hours she spent in preparing the meal.  Other ladies and gentlemen who volunteered their time in working rather it be in preparing the food, serving the food, frying the fry bread out in the heat, or in the cleaning process afterwards were Robbin Arwood, Frieda Rice, Wanda Cook, Stayce Whisenhunt, Shelly Sallee, Larry Sallee, and Gene Arwood.  Also, a big thank you to those of you who donated supplies, who went to town to gather supplies, etc.  None of this would have been possible without all of the help.

A special “thank you” to the Town of Central High, CleanCraft Carpet Care, and Cable Meat for the donations in helping purchase the food for this event to be possible!

A special ‘thank you’ to the staff of Central High School for the bringing of all of the fantastic desserts!

A Special Thank You to all who brought and donated school supplies to aid in our “FILL THE BUS” campaign!

As is evidenced by all of the above, CENTRAL HIGH can be proud of the fact to know that you care about your school!  As I have stated many times before, there is not another school that is loved, cared for, and supported as this one is.  I am very proud to be a part of not only this school system, but this community as well.  I appreciate everything that is done by you, the community, in helping our school to be what it is today, and that is an “A” school!!  In closing, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Mr. Newton
