Fall Carnival is Coming September 28, 6-8:00 pm

Here are all the details.

It is time for our Fall Carnival and King and Queen raffle. The carnival will be held on September 28th from 6:00-8:00. We will have our King and Queen crowning at 6:00.The elementary students will be selling raffle tickets for chances to win $25.00 Gift Cards to Wal-Mart and a $100.00 Gift Card to Academy to be given away at the King and Queen crowning. Also, for their donations they will be selecting our Fall King and Queen.  The boy and girl from each class that sells the most tickets will be the candidates for their class.  The class that sells the most tickets will be crowned King and Queen. The winning class will also get to choose a trip/party.

The tickets are .50 cents each.  The person must write their name and phone number on the back of each ticket and return them to the school. Please ignore the “Keep” tickets. You will return all tickets.  We have attached 10 tickets to this note. If you would like for your child to have more than 10 tickets please send a note requesting how many you would like.  For every 10 tickets that your child sells their name will go in a drawing for a prize. All tickets and money must be turned in to your students teacher by 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 24th.   Any money turned in after that time will be accepted but will not count toward the King and Queen candidates.

This is the biggest fundraiser the elementary has.  The money is used to purchase numerous items for the elementary. Thank you for your support!

9^th- Fishing for Candy, Sucker Toss

10^th- Jail, Pie In Face, Putt Putt

11^th- Cake Walk

12^th- Homemade Ice Cream, Dunk Tank

FALL CARNIVAL BINGO

The fall carnival is quickly approaching. The carnival will be held on Tuesday, September 28 at 6:00 p.m. at the Ag building. The school is going to host the bingo booth again this year. The money raised from the booth will be used to help pay for school sponsored banquets and awards such as the academic luncheons and student academic awards. In order for this booth to be a success we need each class to sponsor a prize basket. Each class will have a theme for their basket. Please send at least 1 item or $5 to your child’s teacher or class sponsor. We would like to have all items by Friday September 24^th.

Pre-K – Anything Christmas

Kindergarten – Kitchen Gadgets

1st grade – Coffee Lovers (Cups, Pods, Filters, Etc.)

2nd grade – Soups On! (Soups, Bowls, Spoons, Seasonings, Etc.)

3rd grade – The Great Outdoors! (Camping, Grilling, Outdoor Games Etc.)

4th grade – Family Game Night

5th grade – What’s on the Menu? (Restaurant giftcards)

6th grade (Mr. Sparks) – Chocolate Lovers!

7th grade (Mr. White) - Golf

8th grade (Mr. Weldon) – OU and OSU

9th grade (Ms. Smith) – Fall Decorations

10th grade (Mrs. Blaine) - Western items

11th grade (Mrs. Lorenzen) – Car Cleaning Items

12th grade (Mrs. McReynolds) – Movie night (movies, microwave popcorn, movie candy, pop, gift card to a movie or for a movie rental.)
